Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26/11/2025

Welcome to AI Connector (“AI Connector”, “we”, “our”, “us”). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you:

  • use AI Connector’s websites, apps, and services (the “Service”), and/or
  • use the AI Connector Google Sheets add-on (the “Sheets Add-on”).

If you have questions, contact us at info@aiconnector.app.

1. Scope and roles

This policy applies to visitors to our website, account holders and users of the Service, and users of integrations (including the Sheets Add-on).

If you use AI Connector for your business and upload or process third-party data (for example, customer phone numbers/emails), you confirm you have the right to do so and to share that data with us for the purpose of providing the Service.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

Depending on how you use AI Connector, you may provide:

  • Account information (name, email, login details)
  • Billing information (processed by payment providers; we typically do not store full card details)
  • Support communications (messages, attachments you send to support)
  • Content you submit to the Service (including data you choose to process through our integrations)

2.2 Information collected automatically

We may collect:

  • Usage data (feature usage, settings, actions taken)
  • Log data (timestamps, IP address, device/browser info, diagnostic events)
  • Cookies or similar technologies on our website (see Section 9)

2.3 Information from third parties / integrations

If you connect AI Connector to third-party services or APIs, we may receive data needed to perform the integration, such as:

  • authentication tokens (where applicable),
  • identifiers and configuration details,
  • data you instruct the integration to sync or send.

3. Google user data (Sheets Add-on specific)

3.1 Data accessed from Google Sheets

When you use the AI Connector Google Sheets Add-on, AI Connector may access and process Google user data from Google Sheets, limited to what is necessary for the add-on to work:

  • Spreadsheet content: cell values from the columns you map (for example: phone, email, first name, last name) and the specific row that is triggered.
  • Spreadsheet metadata: sheet name, row number, column letters, and internal identifiers required to run the automation.

Data minimization: The add-on is designed to read only the row the user triggers and only the mapped fields. We do not access unrelated spreadsheets, and we do not access Gmail, Google Drive files outside the active spreadsheet, Google Calendar, or other Google services.

3.2 Why the add-on accesses this data

The Sheets Add-on uses the row data to perform the user-requested action: create a contact in the user’s AI Connector account via our API.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service (including integrations like the Sheets Add-on)
  • Perform user-requested actions (for example, create contacts based on spreadsheet rows)
  • Improve functionality and user experience
  • Process transactions and manage billing
  • Communicate with you (support, product updates, service notices)
  • Secure the Service and prevent fraud/abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

Google user data limitations (important): We use Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing features of the add-on and Service. We do not use Google user data for:

  • targeted advertising, retargeting, or interest-based advertising
  • selling data to brokers or resellers
  • creating marketing profiles unrelated to the requested feature
  • training generalized AI models

5. How we share information

We share information only as described below:

5.1 With our own API (Sheets Add-on workflow)

When the Sheets Add-on runs, it sends the minimum necessary mapped fields to our API (https://api.mysaas.site) to create a contact, for example:

  • phone and/or email (required to create the contact),
  • optional first/last name (if present),
  • the selected location identifier.

5.2 With service providers

We may share data with trusted vendors that help us operate the Service (hosting, monitoring, analytics, payment processing). They may process data only on our instructions and must protect it.

5.3 With third-party services you choose

If you connect AI Connector to third-party platforms, we may share data with those platforms as required to perform the integration, based on your configuration and instructions.

5.4 Legal and safety

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of AI Connector, our users, or others.

We do not sell personal data, including Google user data.

6. Data retention and deletion

6.1 Sheets Add-on data

AI Connector does not store your entire spreadsheet. The add-on reads the triggered row at runtime and transmits only selected mapped fields to our API to create a contact.

6.2 Data stored in your AI Connector account

Data created through the Service (including contacts created via the Sheets Add-on) is stored in your AI Connector account so you can use it in the product. We retain this data until you delete it, until you close your account, or as required to comply with legal obligations (for a limited period).

6.3 API keys (Sheets Add-on)

The Sheets Add-on uses an API key provided by the user to authenticate requests to AI Connector’s API. The key is stored in the add-on configuration to enable the integration. You can remove it by updating settings, disabling the automation, or uninstalling the add-on.

6.4 How to request deletion

You may request deletion of your account data by contacting info@aiconnector.app. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, such as:

  • encryption in transit (HTTPS),
  • access controls and least-privilege practices,
  • monitoring and logging for abuse prevention.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take steps intended to protect your information.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • access, correct, or delete your data,
  • object to or restrict processing,
  • request portability,
  • withdraw consent (where applicable).

To exercise rights, contact info@aiconnector.app.

You can also control the Sheets Add-on by choosing which columns to map, choosing when automation runs (trigger column/values), disabling automation, or uninstalling the add-on.

9. Cookies and tracking (website)

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to provide functionality and understand usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work without cookies.

10. International transfers

If you access AI Connector from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred and processed internationally. We take steps to protect information in accordance with applicable law.

11. Children’s privacy

AI Connector is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

In-product privacy notice

AI Connector reads only the row you trigger in this spreadsheet and sends only the mapped fields (phone/email and optional names) to AI Connector’s API to create a contact in your account. We do not sell your data and do not use spreadsheet data for advertising.

Google Limited Use

The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
